Software and apps
Software with exactly one job: yours.
I build software that fits the way you work: CRM, customer portals, integrations and apps. For businesses of any size and for individuals with an app idea.
What I build.
New programs, written from scratch, that run in the browser, on your phone or on your office computer.
CRM and customer management
Customer data lives in spreadsheets, inboxes and people’s heads.
- Setting up a CRM and adapting it to how you work
- Your own lean CRM when off-the-shelf software doesn’t fit
- Moving customer data over from Excel, Outlook and legacy systems
- Connecting the CRM to email, calendar, website forms and accounting
For example with HubSpot, Pipedrive or Odoo.
Which CRM is right for you? Software selectionCustomer portal and online booking
We want customers to upload their own documents and see how far along we are.
- Customer portal: upload documents, check progress, download invoices
- Online booking and reservations
- Partner or dealer portal
- Online forms and applications instead of paper
Internal tools and dashboards
Orders, stock and appointments are spread across five different lists.
- Order, project or stock overview in the browser
- Turning Excel-based tools into a database with a proper interface
- A dashboard with key figures from several programs
Integrations and data migration
Our shop and inventory system know nothing about each other.
- An integration between two programs, for example your shop and inventory system
- Connecting to your ERP or accounting software
- Moving data over from legacy systems
- Generating and importing e-invoices to EN 16931 (XRechnung, ZUGFeRD) in your own software
For example with Odoo, DATEV, Shopify or industry software with an API.
Automate workflowsApps for iPhone, Android and desktop
I have an app idea and don’t know where to start.
- An app for iPhone and Android, for example for field staff, site measurements or your customers
- A prototype or clickable mock-up for an app idea
- Publishing on Google Play and the App Store, including the testing phase
- A desktop program for Windows or Mac
- Offering software to others as a subscription, licence or API
Also for individuals First a prototype, then the finished app, plus help getting it into the app stores.
Where software helps.
Three situations that come up in a lot of businesses. Yours probably looks different, which is why every project starts with a conversation.
- Measurements are taken on paper and typed up in the evening. An app that puts the measurements straight into the system while you’re on site.
- There are three copies of the customer list, in three Excel files. One database everyone works from, with a browser interface.
- Two programs don’t talk to each other, so someone retypes everything. An integration that moves the data across automatically.
How you pay
We’ll talk through which model suits you. I estimate the price based on the work involved, and you get a written quote with the total price including VAT before we start.
Work out what you need first: opportunity analysisYou pay once and use the software for good. The contract sets out which updates are included.

How a project works.

How does it work today, where does it get stuck, who uses it?

You get the features, effort and quote in writing before we start.

In small steps you can try out.

Only when you say: good to go.
- Support.
I keep the software up to date and build on it when you need more.
Questions people often ask
What does something like this cost?
It depends on the scope. I estimate the effort up front, and you get a written quote with the total price including VAT before we start.
Can you connect our CRM to DATEV?
In many cases, yes. What data can be exchanged depends on the interfaces both programs offer. I check that first, and you get a quote for exactly that integration.
Can I start small?
Yes, and I’d recommend it. Start with the one task that bugs you most. You can always add more later.
Who owns the software afterwards?
We set that out in the quote. Normally you get a perpetual licence to use it, and the source code stays with me. If you need the source code yourself, we’ll add that to the quote.
Who takes care of updates?
I do, if you like. We agree on maintenance separately so you know what it costs.
